1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged).

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

How to initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the product, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will proceed with either a refund or an exchange, as per your request.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. The refund process typically takes 5–10 business days from the date we receive your returned item. Please note the following:

  • We will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs).

  • The refund will only be issued once the product has been returned and inspected.

  • We cannot refund shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team at simhome.online@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team and mention your order number.

  2. Let us know the item you want to exchange and the reason for the exchange.

  3. If the exchange is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the original item and shipping out the new one.

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability, and additional shipping charges may apply.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may be non-returnable, such as:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

5. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at simhome.online@gmail.com to request the cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return the item following our return policy.
